We are happy to offer free shipping on orders of $10 or more. This is for shipments within the Continental United States (excluding taxes where applicable). This offer excludes orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (Priority Mail rates will apply). Orders sent free of shipping charges are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Orders under $10 are charged a $4.95 shipping and handling fee. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Desoto (Dallas) Texas.


We are pleased to give a free stamp to first time customers. If the first order total is over $10 the shipping will be free on this rubber stamp or self inking stamp. If first order is under $10 the shipping charge will be $4.95.


UPS Red Label is $32.50 & UPS Blue Label is $22.50: These orders are shipped from our location upon their completion. These orders if placed before 4 PM Central leave our facility the following day after the order is placed. As most all our products are "custom" they cannot usually be made and shipped on the same day as ordered. Most can be prepared and shipped within the normal 24 hour time frame however. Please call and inquire before you proceed with the order.


UPS Ground Orders: UPS Ground orders take 1 to 5 business days from shipping date to arrive at your location. See the UPS delivery map from DeSoto (Dallas) TX (show below) for your specific delivery estimate.


Free Freight Orders: Free freight orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground and take 2 to 7 business days from the day we ship.


USPS Priority Mail/ Military/ APO/ FPO/ AE Orders: These orders take 2 to 10 days for delivery from the day we ship. if for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted, we will contact you by phone or email. Orders with custom art may be delayed if we receive artwork that does not meet our quality specifications.


Return Policy: At Texas impressions Inc., and InkingCustomRubberStamps.com we take great pride in strict quality control standards and systems that ensure that most all of our orders will be perfect. If or any reason we do make an error on a product, or the product does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a client enters their text information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. Finally, if after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via email immediately, we work on a very fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
