Sending Graphic Files That Produce Quality Impressions


Sending Us Your Graphic, Logo or Signature Image File

Be sure you send a good quality Custom Logo or Signature Graphic Image File. Products can only be as good as the original source. Some Rubber Stamps and Signs can accommodate a logo, clip art, or signature, etc. Never send color logo’s for rubber stamp images. Some color logos will work fine for vinyl graphic signs or obviously for Full Color Design A Badges. The Rubber Stamp manufacturing process however requires quality 600 dpi or better black and white line art to make a good finished imprint. Grey scale or drop shadows will not process and will delay the delivery time of a rubber stamp product. See image below illustrating good and poor reproduction quality.

  

Ordering A Custom Product Online With A Jpg or Gif File

Once you select the product you want, click "Customize" to go to the customization page.

1.  Click “browse” to select your file from your computer.  

2.  Select the location of the image (top, left, right or fill entire image area).

3.  Select your color.

4.  Then click “Update & Preview” to preview your product.

5.  Send Black & white art only for stamps! Upload jpg or gif image at 600 dpi or higher.

6.  Logo or Signature should stay within the white box in the product preview area.

7.  Please know that in many instances only tif files will do for Full Color Design A Badges.

Ordering A Custom Product Online With:  Tif, Pdf, Eps, Ai (Be sure you convert text to outline).

Once you select the product you want, click "Customize" to go to the customization page.

1.  Scroll down and select your color.

2.  Click “Update & Preview” ....without entering any text.

3.  Then click "Add to Cart".  (You will not see a preview of your product).

4.  At checkout, in special instructions type, “Will Email Art Separately."

5.  Reply to your order confirmation email with your file attached.


If you need modifications made to your product...

Please let us know at checkout in the special instructions box. If your art is not submitted correctly, it may delay your order. If we have problems with your order, our graphics department will contact you by phone or email.
